- Conference: Plan the annual conference for February (exact date TBD — usually Presidents’ Day Weekend)
- Education: Seek out, plan, coordinate continuing education events for AHA members such as DAS, CA, etc.
- Holiday Social: Plan the social event around Christmas time, and possibly additional social events
- Site Visits/Tours: Plan and coordinate tours of various library, archives, museums for AHA members and friends
- Community Service: Coordinate community service activities such as Nā Hawaiʻi ʻImi Loa’s archives training program
- Website/Public Relations: Post updates, events, conference information, etc. and improve the website and social media accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn
